The New Schedule

As of the beginning of February we have changed the way we are working on the core material.  Instead of working through it sequentially we will now be focusing on a different aspect in rotation.  The aim of this is to ensure we spend and equal amount of time on each part of the syllabus and to allow easier integration of new students as and when they arrive.  So from now on the monthly rota is:

Week One – Pugilism (Fists)

Week Two – Savate (Feet)

Week Three – Ju-jitsu (Grappling)

Week Four – Improvised Weaponry (Primarily ‘La Canne’)

Week Five – Integration of styles and combat applications (this will only occur in longer months)
